Stitching is a fundamental aspect of various needlework crafts such as sewing, knitting, quilting, embroidery, tapestry, and patchwork. At our Madeups Factory, we bring together the art of stitching with cutting-edge machinery and skilled craftsmanship to produce a wide range of high-quality stitched products.
Factory Infrastructure:
Our Madeups Factory encompasses a spacious work area of 17,000 sq.ft, providing ample room for efficient production. Additionally, we prioritize the comfort and well-being of our workers, with a dedicated hostel spanning 4,000 sq.ft.
State-of-the-Art Machinery:
To ensure precision and excellence in stitching, we have invested in a range of cutting-edge machinery, including:
- Cutting Machine: Equipped with Eastman Band knives, we have 2 of these machines for accurate and efficient cutting.
- Cutting Table: Our cutting table measures 10' x 70', providing a spacious platform for fabric preparation.
- Single Needle Juki Machines: With 55 machines from the Juki 7000A series, we achieve impeccable stitch quality and consistency.
- Overlock Machines: We have 5 Thread Jack E3 machines (5 nos) and 5 Thread Pegasus machines (3 nos) for professional edge finishing.
- Button / Hole Machines: We possess a comprehensive set of Juki machines for precise button and hole creation.
- Specialized Machines: Our machinery lineup also includes Juki 4-thread Overlock elastic attaching machines (3 nos), ironing tables (7 nos) with two boilers, checking tables (12 tables), and various types of folders for different stitching styles.

Embellishments and Finishing Touches:
At our Madeups Factory, we offer a range of embellishments and stitching techniques to enhance the aesthetic appeal of our products. These include Z Hem, Marrow stitch, Double Needle stitch, Fagotting, Pleating, and various embroidery designs.
